On tuesday, May 14th, at 12 noon, 6pm Barcelona time, I’ll be doing an interview live on skype from Barcelona, Spain. The internet station is www.alotroladodelespejo.com. The interview will be in spanish. My spanish is very basic so I have my friend Magaly from Venezuela to assist me with the spanish and translation. Broadcasters Jot and Anna have organized this interview and I want to thank them so much for giving me this opportunity to speak and share my music with their listeners all over south and central america. This is a very important question. I call my music Piano Impressionism. Moments captured expressed at the piano. Style? A mixture of semi-classical, new age, and folk. Like a drink, blending different ingredients into the same glass. Taste it and see if you like it. My music can be very relaxing, soothing, uplifting, colourful, dark, sombre, thunderous, romantic, dissonant, calm after the storm and so on. This is music for those who want to take their imaginatiion for a ride. Each piece is a unique story. A true story about life. I invite you jump into the musical waters and explore on and beneath the waves. Let me know how your journey was. I’ll be doing an interview on March 24th at 10 am Montreal time, 2 in the afternoon England time. It will be with Chrissie and Steve on www.oneworldradio.org.uk Really looking forward to it. OWR will also be attending the ZMR music awards in New Orleans in May, They’ll be interviewing the performers there at then broadcasting these interviews in June I believe from England.
